We have now two P& H Custom Sea Kayaks for sale:
In both appearance and performance, the P&H Delphin is entirely unique; over 45 years of Pyranha whitewater kayak innovation, infused with P&H's design heritage that dates back to 1968 has produced a sea kayak that river paddlers looking to expand their horizons will feel instantly at home in, and that allows experienced seafarers to rediscover and build upon the same excitement felt when they first took to the waves.
The cockpit of the Delphin is positioned further back than in traditional sea kayak design, giving a fine balance that, in combination with the progressive bow rocker, leaves the front of the boat just kissing the water, resulting in superb manoeuvrability and excellent positioning when riding even the steepest of waves.
When catching surf, the hard bow chines of the Delphin's hull engage quickly and make sure you're in control and towards the smoother, front end of the wave, whilst the softer stern edges allow you to make easy course corrections and the high volume, dynamically shaped bow prevents purling by splitting and shedding water quickly, as well as helping punch through the surf on the way back out to continue the fun!
The usual scrapes and scratches but otherwise in good condition.
This model is surf spec and has a full plate footrest.
Available from July 2026, or may be sooner.

The following kayak has the deck and hull of this construction, are laid up by hand with polyester resin brushed into the weave. The P&H Performance layup uses a Kevlar/Diolen weave to add a touch more impact resistance over our Classic layup, as well as give a pleasing golden shimmer to the inside of the kayak. This is also the entry point to P&H Custom, and presents great value with the option to select from our full range of options.
The Aries takes the ground-breaking Delphin design and refines it for production in advanced composite material systems by our highly skilled and experienced craftsmen, making it truly come alive in the surf, as well as on short to mid-length expeditions.
A planing hull is highly manoeuvrable, reassuringly stable, and ideal for use in the surf, where the high volume bow with pronounced rocker in combination with a set-back cockpit position prevents the Aries from purling and allows you to ride the wave all the way in to shore.
Internally around the heal area a fibre glass repair has been created due to heel damage, from assertive forward paddling. The hull and deck has the usual scratches and scrapes, otherwise in excellent condition.
A working skeg and a keel strip are fitted.

Great day with Sally working on boat handling, reading the water and its ok to feel uncomfortable.
Cemaes to Bull Bay was perfect, with wind with tide and then wind against by the afternoon so we got a few waves and a nice push along the coast.
It was nice to see Rob again too. Thanks for helping with the shutle! "There are a number of wonderful things about Roger. He has a very light touch in his coaching, and he's always smiling and encouraging you to relax into the enjoyment of the day"
"And I'm probably learning more from his mentoring now, as my paddling horizons expand, than ever before. I can't count how many questions I've asked... and he's answered. Roger has the knack of making that suggestion that radically changes your thinking and moves your paddling on in leaps and bounds."
"I've just completed a two day 4* Sea kayak training course with Roger. Having been coached by Roger in the past, I choose to do this course with Roger because I knew I would get a great deal from the course. My expectations were certainly well and truly met"
