You can book securely online by filling out the form below.

You will receive a conformation email and a copy of your booking form, if all has been completed correctly. No conformation, then try again, checking each field has been completed. Any problems then contact us.

Once we have received your booking form we will send you an invoice and payment confirms your place.

Please note Coastal Spirit no longer accepts cheques. Why? During a year cheques are either written out wrongly, sent to the wrong address or lost in the post. With online and telephone banking its now so much easier to make and confirm payments, avoiding stress and saving time. And remember you can even call into a branch and make a payment.

Booking Conditions, Cancellations and Personal Accident Insurance

To confirm a course, a completed booking & consent form plus full payment is required.

I understand that if I alter a booking once a confirmation has been sent, I must give my new instructions in writing at least 60 days before the start of the course.

If you cancel your booking more than 60 days before the start of your course we will provide a refund less your deposit which is 25% of the course fee.

If you cancel your booking within 60 days of your course you are liable for the total fee.

We do appreciate that in life plans change and in such a case we will endeavour to fill your place. if this is possible, we will then refund any money we recover, less £40 which is our admin and resale fee.

We can provide you with a cancelation invoice upon request to support any claim to your travel insurance provider.

I understand that each course has to be flexible. If the weather or conditions on the sea are challenging, Coastal Spirit will aim to use this to our advantage and maximize the relevant training on the water wherever possible. If conditions are deemed unsuitable, as much notice as possible will be given, and participants will be offered a full refund or a credit/transfer to another course on alternative dates.

I understand that Sea Kayaking may be hazardous with a risk of personal injury. Participants in these activities should be aware of and accept these risks and be responsible for their own actions and involvement.

At Coastal Spirit, we highly respect your privacy. While we collect some information from you in the normal course of business, we do not sell this information and only share it as needed to provide you with the requested service.

I understand it is my responsibility and that I'm strongly encouraged to arrange cancellation, curtailment and personal accident insurance. If you have been offered a credit, this is valid for the following year and from the original course date.

I understand that if I'm under 18, I must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

I am physically and mentally fit for the course I have chosen. If anything changes between completing this booking form and starting a Coastal Spirit course, I must inform Coastal Spirit.
