This two day IntroMediate sea kayaking course in North Wales, takes the core ideas of working with BODY, Boat and blade and moves them on, into a more dynamic environment. Improving your sea kayaking skills and begin to grasp tidal planning, with support.
Emphasis of the course is on sea kayak handling & skills development at 2 and 3 star level. You will have the opportunity to put the various skills into a context, along the Anglesey coastline, whether this is tidal paddling, close quartering or managing your kayak in swell and or small surf.
This course takes you to a couple of North Wales sea kayaking classic locations, where you're likely to see wildlife close up. A truly stunning and memorable two days. For those who are water confident and with previous sea kayaking experience of at least 5 days and keen to move into a more dynamic environment, and learn to work with swell, current, small surf and wind.

"I've just completed a two day 4* Sea kayak training course with Roger. Having been coached by Roger in the past, I choose to do this course with Roger because I knew I would get a great deal from the course. My expectations were certainly well and truly met"
"There are a number of wonderful things about Roger. He has a very light touch in his coaching, and he's always smiling and encouraging you to relax into the enjoyment of the day"
"And I'm probably learning more from his mentoring now, as my paddling horizons expand, than ever before. I can't count how many questions I've asked... and he's answered. Roger has the knack of making that suggestion that radically changes your thinking and moves your paddling on in leaps and bounds."
