Rescue Emergency Care (REC) First Aid Training Level 2-Emergency

Would you know what to do if you were out with friends on the sea or the hill and one of them collapsed?

Could you manage this situation confidently?

This course will give you the skills and knowledge you need. Much of the course is run outdoors and is practically based to give you hands on experience.

Coastal Spirit provides its First Aid training under the authority of REC. Rescue Emergency Care Level 2 Emergency is a two day course developing basic skills to deal with multiple casualties/injuries.

This two day practically based training course will provide you with the skills and confidence to provide First Aid in a variety of situations and scenarios.

Ideal for those who use the outdoors for work or recreation, our courses are designed to give you the confidence to be able to apply your First Aid knowledge in practice within a hill or water based environment.

Rescue Emergency Care (REC) is a national first aid training organisation recognised by the National Sport Governing bodies such as the MLTB, BCU and RYA and keeps your NGB awards valid. REC is also approved by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) to deliver First Aid at Work courses.

Coastal Spirit REC Emergency Care First Aid Training is ideal for outdoor instructors and leaders, youth workers, teachers, climbers, walkers, mountain bikers and paddlers. It is interactive and gives you lots of hands on practice using outdoor scenarios with the emphasis being on gaining practical skills in administering outdoor First Aid.

Courses can be tailored to the requirements of special interest groups, for example climbers, mountain leaders, paddle-sport coaches.
