Team Building and Development

North Wales provides a fantastic environment for team building. Located on the edge of the beautiful Ogwen Valley in the foothills of Snowdonia and close to the A55 and A5, this means we are also easy to get to.
Both Sonja and Roger have experience of management and leadership, while Sonja has significant senior management experience having worked across and within the statutory and voluntary sector and at national level.
Whatever your needs we can create and offer a bespoke course to suit your organisations aims and objectives, this is our strength.
You may be a newly appointed group or a team who have worked together for a while. Our courses are based in the outdoors and through this we can focus on the different core skills and processes of leadership, planning, communication, decision making, trust, working effectively as a team, listening skills, problem solving, and delegation.
We can incorporate some reviewing during the course so that your team can pause and reflect on the activities of the day, recognise their abilities and skills and identify further areas for development.
We offer three developmental packages; Bronze, Silver and Gold, so you can choose what meets your needs and budget best.
If you are looking to provide your team with an informal break, a breath of fresh air and a different opportunity and experience, Coastal Spirit can help.
Contact us now to discuss your requirements further, it really couldn't be easier.
