We will arrange to meet you in a central location, this some times means we can pick you up and drop you off. 

To further assist you, when you have decided upon and booked your accommodation, let us know so we can share where you are staying with other participants.  This way you may end up staying at the same location and have the opportunity to swap stories and share your experience.
